Serrano and Tin Angel are located at 20 South 2nd Street between Market and Chestnut Streets in the Old City section of Philadelphia. From the NJ Tpke - Take Exit 4 to route 73N to the Betsy Ross Bridge to route 95S then take the final part From 76 - Take 676E -the Vine Street Expressway to 95S - then take the final part From Benjamin Franklin Bridge - take 6th Street south for 4 blocks, turn left onto Market Street, then after 4 blocks turn right onto 2nd Street. Here's that final part- Take Columbus Blvd exit off of route 95, this exit is one exit north of the Walt Whitman Bridge or one exit south of the Center City exit. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Columbus Blvd. Go about a mile, turning right at the highway sign marked Market Street. This is a ramp. Turn left at the top of the ramp, then turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto 2nd Street. We’re there at 20 South 2nd Street (between Nick’s Roast Beef and Bleu Martini). Discount parking is available about a block away at Quality Park, 126 S. Front Street (Sunday–Thursday park for $8; Friday and Saturday, $10).
